tenants living lavishly but paying Rs. 40/- p.m.


I dont know what prompts Divyakant to live in fools paradise and continue to suck blood of shelter providers. My tenants have Honda city,large LCD TV, spend on booze Rs.10000/- K ( as per his own claim.But the rent for 800 sq ft is Rs 138/- which he is not paying for 25 years. But he is paying every month Rs 500 for Dish antenna rent, 2000 for broadband, 3000 for mobile and so on. Come and visit my building and see for urself.
