Planting and watering by man of landlord. Photo frames, showpeices, painting of common areas,maintaining them,cleaning them etc is done by landlord but misused by all others even by tresspassers, non rent paying tenants.

Terrace of Tholiya Bhavan well maintained by landlords

but used by even non paying tenants and tresspassers due to libral attitude of landlords.

Earlier my mother and now my wife (land ladies)

keep passages and common areas of building maintained and clean as no tenant are botherd to do so. They just misuse and exploit the property:
